Right after my workout I was on the bus heading home and the driver said, “You look tall, girl.”  That felt awesome.  I know I haven’t gained any height but I have lost girth and that probably has something to do with it.

Week 5 recap

I only lost 1.5 lbs last week.  Not really all that thrilled about that but overall I am still at 21.5 lbs for 5 weeks so I can’t complain too much.  The dietitian kept me on fruit for an additional week just to let my body adjust.  I am starting to get a little frustrated with what I can and can’t eat.  I miss pizza for sure and other foods occasionally jump into my head. I did finally find an acceptable combo for protein shakes.  Strawberry Shake with Raspberries or Strawberries. (depending on my mood for seeds )
