New Workout routine.

When I joined the program, I stressed to everyone that I was not a treadmill girl. I am not the type of person that can sit on a piece of exercise equipment and feel like I am using my time wisely.  I wanted to have a trainer who was willing to look outside the box and make it more like recess rather than work.  During my 5-week checkup I talked to the doctor and he called my trainer and gave her permission to let me loose and do whatever kind of workout I wanted (with the exception of soccer, too much risk for injury). So Friday we went into the basketball courts and did shuttle runs and weights and a whole bunch of other fun stuff.  The time flew by and I was sore as hell the next 2 days.  It was great!
