Week 6 Recap.

Well despite my eating cake and having a general bad day on Friday, I still managed to lose 5.2 pounds last week.  Ace came to my dietitians appt and kept me honest on all the out of program foods I had on Friday (cake, handful of popcorn, 2 squares of chocolate)

The video I watched on  Friday was ironically enough the video talking about the stages of weight loss.  Denial, Frustration, Acceptance etc.  I kinda wish I had seen that on Wednesday, I would have helped put things into perspective and possibly helped my not eat the cake.  Oh well, at least I was able to get back on plan Saturday and have stayed on plan for the most part since.
