Week 7 Recap.

Last week I wasn’t feeling too well and I ate very little.  They added beans into my diet last week and I didn’t even have the chance to get any in during the week.  I stuck to real simple foods.  That being said, I was not surprised when I was only down 1.8 pounds for the week. I was actually convinced that I had gained weight somehow.

I actually met with a different dietitian than my regular one because she was out of town so we kept with the beans again for the week and she stressed to me to make sure I get some in during the week.
