Week 8 Recap.

I have definitely gotten lazy and lax in my record keeping and keeping to the plan.  This week, the scaleshowed that.  I was down 1.4 lbs.  I know I could have been down a lot more than that but I cheated here and there and I didn’t get in the amount of calories and protein I needed.  This week they added in one serving of grains.  I can have half a pita, one tortilla or one piece of bread a day now.  That is totally awesome!  I was so excited I rushed home and had a peanut butter sandwich. I was talking to Ace at lunch today and I thought it might be a good idea to make up flash cards or something to track the servings I am getting from each group.  E-Bay is selling the Richard Simmons Food Mover package for about $10 or less. I think I am going to be bidding on one of those today and hopefully that will help me keep track better.
