Is bread my problem food?

Holy cow, I was sooo excited to get bread back into my life and then Tuesday comes and I was this total hunger monster all day.  I never stopped eating all day and yet I still couldn’t get over my hunger.

Wednesday, I had my egg salad without bread and it was much better.  I actually had quite a bit of food left over at the end of the day.

I have been trying to be extra good this week to see how much weight I can lose this week without any cheating and getting my full amount of protein per day in.

In other news:

This weekend Ace and I are going to run in the Pumpkin Push . Ace did it last year but I was too chicken.  I want to see how much I can do and how fast I can do it. Plus the shirt last year was pretty cool ;)   Wish us luck.
