Week 10 Recap

Another half ass week of keeping track of my calories and protien and it showed on the scale.  I am down 2 for the week. 

I should be happy with 2 considering how much I cheated this week. I was in a funk for the week and started to rebel a bit with my foods.  Halloween Candy, Cake, pretzels, etc.

I took Friday off from work and I was hoping to get a lot done around the house but I just sat on the couch all day. My Friday workout was brutal because of my food choices that day.  I know what I should be doing but sometimes I just can’t do it.  

I’m shooting for a 4 lb weight loss next week. That will keep me on track for my 45 lbs in 15 weeks.

I am able to have cooked grains now so I can actually have pasta and Oatmeal again.  It’s nice to be able to eat just about anything I want now.
