I had pizza last night!!!

Pizza has been my “talk about way too much” food since my 20/20 program has started.

I saw a recipe on The Biggest Loser a couple weeks ago and I thought I would try it.

It’s basically a Whole Wheat Tortilla, Pizza Sauce, Cheese and Toppings.  I was out of Black Olives so I went for a Mushroom Pizza and it was heaven on a plate.  

I baked it in the oven for about 10 minutes and the cheese was nice and browned and the tortilla was crispy on the edges.  The only thing I might try next time is to brush the tortilla with a little bit of olive oil and pre-bake it before I put on the topppings. 

My mouth is watering just thinking about it. :D
