Week 11 Recap.

I didn’t track at all during the week.  I was still able to lose 1 lb.  Not my best but it could have been worse. I didn’t cheat too much this week but I know during the weekend I was just munching all day without a care to how many calories. 

This week with the nutritionist we talked about the “Holiday Plate Model”. It’s basically a strategy on how to stay in balance while eating carbs during Thanksgiving and other large meal days.  We are big turkey people so that will help. :)
