My New Trainer, Sam

I had my first workout with my new trainer on Monday and Holy cow was it intense.

We did 15 min on the stairclimber and then off to the weight room for some real torture.

It was a bunch of simple exercises but really intense with the reps and weights.

At the end of the workout I could barely stand and my whole body was shaking.

It was a great start to my phase 2.
